While most items in the store are available & ready to ship, there are some that are made to order. 

For available items, these usually ship within 1-2 business days. Made to order items have their shipping times in the shipping info section of each item.

We are not currently accepting any custom orders. Modifications on an item listed here are always accepted. 

All pieces are shipped out in a custom Didi Rose Jewelry box ready for gifting but we do not wrap the box. 

If the item you purchase is being sent directly to the gift recipient & you would like it wrapped, please leave us a note at checkout & we'll wrap the box with our custom wrapping paper + a ribbon at no extra charge.

Yes we do! Shipping is calculated based on weight and location. We use USPS, UPS or DHL express. 

All Didi Rose Jewelry pieces are made by hand by Benedicta who is currently a team of 1 jeweler. 

There are some pieces that are cast, but all stones are set by hand by her.

Returns accepted on full price items within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping paid by you.

Most pieces (including final sale & custom orders) can be modified. Please enquire about modifications before you order.

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering.
