RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Returns
We accept returns on unworn items within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at cs@didirosejewelry.com. Once your return is received, it will be processed within 48 hours. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Made-to-order items
  • Custom items

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we are unable to accommodate cancellations as your order will have begun processing.
