Frequently asked questions

When will my order ship?

While most items in the store are available & ready to ship, there are some that are made to order. For available items, these will ship on Mondays & Thursdays.

Made to order items will take 2-3 weeks to ship & handmade chains will take 4-6 weeks. Any delays on these will be communicated to you via email.

We're working hard to ship faster but there's only 2 of us at the moment. Thank you for your business. It means a lot to me!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Shipping is calculated by shopify based on weight. 

Are items packed for gifting?

All pieces are shipped out in a custom Didi Rose Jewelry box ready for gifting but we do not wrap the box. If the item you purchase is being sent directly to the gift recipient & you would like it wrapped, please leave us a note at checkout & we'll wrap the box with some pretty paper + a ribbon at no extra charge.

Do you accept custom orders?

Usually, we do but we're not accepting custom orders at this time. Will update when we start accepting them again. Modifications on an item listed here are always accepted. 

Where is the jewelry made?

Most pieces on the website are made by hand by Benedicta who is currently a team of 1 jeweler. There are some pieces that are cast but the stones were set by hand by her & the casted pieces with no gems were done from a prototype she made by hand. Some pieces are sourced & a lot of pieces in our physical storefront are made by other artisan jewelers.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Absolutely! We want you to be able to wear & enjoy your jewelry. If it doesn't fit, send an email to info@didirosejewelry.com to ask about an exchange or adjustment. All but custom orders & final sale items can be returned or exchanged. All items (including final sale & custom orders) can be modified.

Can I cancel an order?

As long as the item hasn't shipped, yes you can. Unfortunately, we can't issue a full refund because the payment processors no longer refund transaction fees. Refunds will be made less 2.9%-7.9% depending on what payment type you used when checking out.
