Tube set stones, both 4mm sized. Top round stones are natural swarovski made/cut white topaz. Got these before they shut down their stone production. The rhodolite garnet is also natural. The alexandrite are lab created but they also color change like their natural distant cousin (very distant because the price difference is mind blowing). Stones are set in 14k yellow gold.
